Under Misson Power– Every village to get Common minimum facility- Electricity, Drinking Water, Road infrastructure & will be completed by 2027.

- Women Empowerment in 2years
- Started Subhadra Scheme: The government highlighted that the flagship women’s welfare initiative has transferred more than ₹20,588 crore directly to over one crore women beneficiaries.
- Kanya Marriage Yojona– 1300 beneficiary got benefited,
- Kanya Sumangal Yojona (Under Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao)
- Above 4lacs SSG get benefited with minimum interest & total 38795Cr amount distributed by Bank Loan facility
- 2350000 Lacs Crore Pati Didi created
- Krishi & Farmers Empowerment
- Samrudh Krishak Yojona from 1883000 farmers 7781000MT+495000MT Paddy Purchased
- Krishi Bidyarthi Yojona, Mukhya Mantri Krushak Udyog Yojona, 100 Model Mandi Pratistha, One stop shop for Bank & Lamps
- Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yajona– Launched on the anniversary, this scheme provides an additional 5 kg of rice free of cost to the poor. Combined with the National Food Security Act (NFSA), beneficiaries now receive 10 kg of free rice, benefiting over 3.28 crore people Total Expenditure in a Year ₹8813Cr
- Under Gangadhar Meher Kanal Project Lift irrigation, 21318Hector irrigated. In 4 years 15Lacs Hector Land will be irrigated. (In 2 years’ farmers has double benefited)
- Education
- To implement immediate Jatiya Sikhya Niti 2020
- 5years plan to implement Adarsh Godavari prathamik Vidyalaya in each panchayat First Phase total of 2200 school, first phase 322 foundation stone laid & construction work in progress.
- In 2 years, 26615 teachers & non teacher recruited.
- In next 3 years, Govt is planning to recruit 15000 in a year & total of 45000 recruitments will be given to Teachers & Non teachers.
- In this budget session, govt has planned to open 4 Universities & 18 new College will be opened.
- Free Education from KG to PG declared today. (to implement first time in India)
- Health
- Ayushman Bharat Gapabandhu Yojona implemented, Total of 304600000 beneficiaries benefited & in 32000 hospitals they are getting cashless facility in India.
- 3 medical college started in Talcher, Jajpur & Kandhamal. New Medical College laid foundation in Bhadrak, Navrangpur, Jagatsinghpur & Bhadrak & Budget has been allocated in this budget session.
- Under Ayush, New Ayurvedic Medical college at Rairangpur has been laid foundation by Her Excellency President Draupadi Murmu.
- 3 new Ayurvedic Medical college & 2 Homeo Medical will be opened in the state.
- In this 3years 5197 Medical officer & para medical officer recruited.
- Infrastructure
- For Infrastructure state govt is allocating ₹72100 Cr for Medical infrastructure.
- Govt has built 9000Km road, 75 bridge & 4 rail over bridge to be build & tatal of ₹17000Cr allotted.
- To control Bhubaneswar traffic, 36road masterplan approved, 27 km road to build, Bhubaneswar- Nandankanan road etc under the plan. Total of ₹1200Cr allotted.
- Namo Expressway, Atal Expressway, Rites access etc Road network to be build
- Industry
- In this 2years Odisha has received ₹20,00,000Cr investment from Utkarsh Odisha, Investment conclave & Road Shows with the help of Industrialist, Businessmen & Investors. Also in Single Window Clearance govt has received ₹869000Cr funds & ensured 525000 jobs creation within the state.
- In 2years 34 Projects has been inaugurated worth 67000Cr & 25000 jobs created. Also laid foundation of 114 Projects worth ₹
- Law & Order
- Naxal & Mao Mukt Odisha
- Action taken against Criminals, Corrupt officials & crime against women.
- 21186 new job created
- Technology
- For development of Technology Ecosysten govt has invested ₹1100Cr
- For development of Iconic Science City govt has invested ₹300Cr for Semiconductor, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence.
- Govt has setup 3 semiconductor plant, 5 global notability center in Odisha
- Rajasya Gram
- Govt has declared 1000 Rajasya Gram,
- 28531 homeless got 4desmil under Vasundhara Yojona.
- SC/ST Development
- In 2tears Under Madho Singh hat kharcha Govt distributed ₹1616Cr distributed to the School student.
- Under Mukhya Mantri student facilitation scheme govt increased hostel fees ₹16000 for boys & ₹17000 to girls student total 555000 student benefited.
- For higher education (Engg & Medical), ST seat reserved increased from 12% to 22% & SC seat reserved increased from 8% to 16%.
- Under Madhu Babu Pension Yajona, total 36075000 people benefited. Above 80years old get increase amount from ₹1200 to ₹
