World Shakespeare Theater Festival-2026-Romania.
Students from the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) participated in an international cultural festival Romania, performed William Shakespeare’s plays in the Santali language. This is the first time KISS students have performed the Santali dance in a foreign country.
Students from KIIT and KISS together performed the Shakespeare plays Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, and Hamlet in the Santali language. The students received a certificate for courses on Romanian culture and language.
Participated 45 countries 71 University and 3000 students in the event. The performance by the KISS students was highly appreciated by everyone present.
The students visited and performed at the University of Craiova. Indian Ambassador to Romania, & on 17-June (WednessDay), they had performed the same at 5star Hotel Swasti Plaza, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
